Signature Wedding Coordination
Turning moments into memories that last a lifetime.
You’ve spent months planning every detail. When your wedding day finally arrives, your only job should be to experience it.
Serving Pennsylvania, Delaware & Beyond
To provide each couple with the level of attention and care this experience deserves, I accept a very limited number of Wedding Coordination clients each year.
You planned it all. Now let me bring it to life.
I get it. You thought you could do it all yourself. I did too.
The day before my own wedding, I was setting up and feeling pretty darn good about myself. I had the spreadsheets. The checklists. The timelines. Every detail had been thought through, organized, and planned. It was PERFECT.
I was ready. Or so I thought.
About 18 hours before I was supposed to walk down the aisle, I came to a slightly terrifying realization:
My venue coordinator wasn’t my wedding coordinator.
And while I had created a plan for everything, I hadn't planned for one very important thing...
Who was actually going to execute it? I was about to be a little busy being the bride.
Suddenly, I was scrambling. Making phone calls. Trying to find someone, anyone, who could step in, take everything I had worked so hard to plan, and make sure it actually happened.
Sound familiar?
Maybe you're the organized bride, too. You've booked the vendors, made the spreadsheets, created the Pinterest boards, answered approximately 4,732 questions, and thought through details no one else even knows exist.
You CAN plan your wedding.
But you shouldn't have to run your wedding.
You've worked way too hard to spend your wedding morning answering vendor questions, checking table placements, watching the clock, cueing your ceremony, or wondering whether the cake has arrived.
That's where I come in.
I'll take the plans you've worked so hard to create, tie up the loose ends, coordinate the people behind them, and make sure everything comes together the way you envisioned it.
So when your wedding day arrives, you don't have to be the planner anymore.
You just get to be the bride.
Okay, but why Molly?
You might be thinking, “She seems great and all, but why should I trust Molly with one of the biggest days of my life?”
I’m glad you asked.
I’ve spent years behind the scenes of weddings: planning, coordinating, managing venues, working alongside vendors, solving the unexpected, and helping couples turn months of planning into one beautifully seamless day. And as a past bride myself, I know just how quickly you realize that you can plan every detail... but you can’t be the one executing them while you’re getting married.
That’s where I come in.
I’m the person making sure the flowers arrive where they belong, watching the forecast and adjusting the plan before you ever have to worry about it, helping with a stubborn boutonnière five minutes before the first look, keeping vendors on schedule, and quietly handling the hundred little things happening behind the scenes.
You’ve done the planning. Now you deserve to experience it.
My job is to protect the vision you worked so hard to create, anticipate the details you shouldn’t have to think about, and give you and the people you love the freedom to be fully present for it all.
You be the bride. I’ll take it from here.
